House of Althaea is a boutique, home-based spa experience centred around relaxation, restoration, and intentional self-care. Inspired by earthy, feminine energy, House of Althaea offers a curated selection of treatments including luxury head spa rituals, hair treatments, facials, and massage. Each service is designed to calm the nervous system, nourish the scalp and skin, and create a deeply immersive, sensory experience. Blending gentle techniques with high-quality products and soothing rituals, House of Althaea focuses on more than just beauty — it’s about creating a space where clients can slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. With a strong emphasis on ambience, scent, and touch, every appointment is tailored to feel personal, calming, and restorative. House of Althaea is more than a treatment — it’s a ritual.

Policy and Terms

By booking with House of Althaea, you agree to the following Policies & Terms. Appointments & cancellations A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from the treatment total. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will incur a fee of 80% of the booked service price. Any deposit already paid will be deducted from this fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Professional treatment policy House of Althaea provides professional headspa, facial and massage treatments only. Sexual, sensual or erotic services are not offered under any circumstances. Inappropriate or sexually suggestive enquiries, comments, requests or behaviour will result in the booking being declined or the treatment being immediately ended. Private home studio House of Althaea operates from a private home studio. Maintaining a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for both clients and your therapist is essential. House of Althaea reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment where inappropriate behaviour occurs.
