Booking & Deposit Policy
	•	A $20 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment.
	•	Booking retainers are non-transferable if you need to reschedule.
	•	Failure to send your deposit within the required time will result in your appointment being canceled.

Studio Policies

🚫 No extra guests are allowed in the  studio.
🚫 Minors (under 17) are not eligible for lash extensions, waxing, facials, or tattoo services.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

💌 Confirmation Text: Sent one week before your appointment. You must reply within 24 hours to keep your spot. Failure to respond will result in cancellation, and your appointment will be given to a client on the waitlist.

💬 Reminder Text: Sent one day before your appointment. This message will include the studio address and arrival instructions.

Late Policy

⏳ A $15 late fee applies after a 5-minute grace period.
⏳ Arrivals 15+ minutes late will require rescheduling with a new deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

📆 Rescheduling/Cancellations: Must be made at least 48-72 hours in advance.
⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered a no-show and will require a no-show fee before rebooking.

🚫 No-Call/No-Shows:
	•	You will be required to pay 50-100% of the missed service before booking again.
	•	Repeat no-shows must prepay for all future appointments in full.

l wish Toni was the first person i ever went to for lashes, every lash extension service should feel the way this one did. Toni has the sweetest & such a wholesome personality. This was the first time i ever felt comfortable getting my lashes done and not nervous or worried about unnecessary pain or tugging. I slept great because she has a super comfy chair and it even massages! The cutest shop, comfortable, clean. You can tell she loves her job. You can tell she’s licensed, big difference. 

I had such a great experience! She was super professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My lashes came out so beautiful—full, even, and exactly the style I wanted. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! On top of that, her space was clean and relaxing, which made the appointment fly by. I enjoyed my experience to the fullest it was my first time ever getting lash extensions! Toni was sweet and made sure I had a relaxing experience by always checking in on me asking if I was okay and there even was a massage chair that helped relax while I was getting my lashes done. My experience with Toni was amazing. She set a beautiful and calming atmosphere and she was very sweet. It was my first time getting lashes ever and she made it a very peaceful and pleasant experience.

My First appointment with @herluxurypalace, was so relaxing, The chair massage you while she doing your lashes, she talks to you during your whole service . she let you take a little break in between ! Also she will make sure you are comfortable, she will check up on you every 5-10 minutes!!
