Booking & Deposit Policy
	•	A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your appointment.
	•	Booking retainers are non-transferable if you need to reschedule.
	•	Failure to send your deposit within the required time will result in your appointment being canceled.

Studio Policies

🚫 No extra guests are allowed in the  studio.
🚫 Minors (under 17) are not eligible for lash extensions, waxing, facials, or tattoo services.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

💌 Confirmation Text: Sent one week before your appointment. You must reply within 24 hours to keep your spot. Failure to respond will result in cancellation, and your appointment will be given to a client on the waitlist.

💬 Reminder Text: Sent one day before your appointment. This message will include the studio address and arrival instructions.

Late Policy

⏳ A $15 late fee applies after a 5-minute grace period.
⏳ Arrivals 15+ minutes late will require rescheduling with a new deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

📆 Rescheduling/Cancellations: Must be made at least 48-72 hours in advance.
⛔ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered a no-show and will require a no-show fee before rebooking.

🚫 No-Call/No-Shows:
	•	You will be required to pay 50-100% of the missed service before booking again.
	•	Repeat no-shows must prepay for all future appointments in full.
