Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled through:
HEARTOFBASETHEALING.COM

* Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PST)
* Appointments requested through social media direct messages will not be accepted.

Payments

* Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with 50% deposit (non refundable)
* Saving a payment method is required for the deposit

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Clients may choose to pay the 50% deposit or the full session amount at the time of booking.
* If the full session amount is paid at booking and the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed (no-show), 50% of the total payment will be refunded, and the remaining 50% deposit will be retained.
* If only the 50% deposit was paid at booking, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show.
* If you need to make changes to your appointment, please communicate directly with Syla Baset as soon as possible.

For the safety and protection of both client and practitioner, all Reiki sessions (in-person and distance) may be recorded.

Pet Reiki Sessions

To ensure a safe and positive experience:

* Pets must be up to date on vaccinations.
* Pets should be comfortable with human touch and nearby objects.
* If any signs of aggression or distress occur, the session will be terminated without refund.

If your pet may feel:

* Protective
* Territorial
* Anxious or uncomfortable

A Distance Healing session is strongly recommended.
