My intention is to provide a safe, supportive, and high-vibrational experience for both humans and animals. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and respectful healing journey. — Health Disclaimer Reiki is a holistic energy practice intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns. — Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be scheduled through: HEARTOFBASETHEALING.COM - Hours of operation: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PST) - Appointments requested through social media direct messages will not be accepted. --- Payments - Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - Saving a payment method is not required. --- Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. - Cancellations made outside of 24 hours are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 25% fee. --- Session Recording For the safety and protection of both client and practitioner, all Reiki sessions (in-person and distance) may be recorded. --- Pet Reiki Sessions To ensure a safe and positive experience: - Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - Pets should be comfortable with human touch and nearby objects. - If any signs of aggression or distress occur, the session will be terminated without refund. If your pet may feel: - Protective - Territorial - Anxious or uncomfortable A Distance Healing session is strongly recommended. --- In-Person Session Safety For sessions held at your location: - If at any time the environment feels unsafe or uncomfortable, the session will be terminated without refund. --- Minors - Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during all sessions (in-person or distance). --- Agreement By booking a session with Heart of Baset Healing, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
