Glow & Go Cleaning LLC – Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Glow & Go Cleaning LLC, clients agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Estimates & Walkthroughs

All pricing provided before service is a starting estimate based on the condition of the home discussed during booking or walkthrough. Final pricing may adjust if the home requires more time, labor, or detail than expected.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept approved digital payment methods.
• Late payments may result in late fees and/or suspension of future services.

3. Deposits

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposits apply toward the total cost of your service. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled without proper notice, the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.

5. Access to the Home

Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the home at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.

6. Condition of the Home

We are a cleaning service, not a restoration or hazardous waste company. Additional fees may apply for:

• Excessive buildup
• Heavy pet hair
• Bodily fluids
• Mold, biohazards, or pest infestations
• Hoarding conditions

Glow & Go Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse unsafe working conditions.

7. Add-On Services

Certain tasks are considered add-ons and are not included in standard cleaning unless requested and approved. Examples include:

• Inside ovens
• Inside refrigerators/freezers
• Inside cabinets
• Interior windows
• Laundry, dishes, or organizing

8. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas within reason. Refunds are not guaranteed but issues will be reviewed case-by-case.

9. Damage Policy

Our team takes great care in your home. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Items not properly secured
• Breakable or high-value items not disclosed

10. Pets

Pets must be secured if they are aggressive or may interfere with cleaning. We are not responsible for pets escaping if doors are opened during service.

11. Personal Belongings

We do not move heavy furniture or items over 25 lbs. Clients are responsible for securing valuables, paperwork, and fragile items.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Glow & Go Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or environments that pose risk to our team.

13. Recurring Services

Recurring clients help maintain the home’s condition. Homes that have not been cleaned regularly require a deep clean before starting maintenance service. If a client chooses to begin recurring service without an initial deep clean, the home will be cleaned under the Basic or Heavy Basic package standards. This means deeper detail work (such as heavy buildup, neglected areas, or deep restoration-level cleaning) will not be included and may require a separate deep clean service at a later date. Maintenance cleanings are designed to upkeep, not correct long-term buildup.

14. Agreement

Booking a service confirms acceptance of these terms and policies.

All of the ladies at Glow & Go do a great job each time. Highly recommend a deep clean and regular basics!

Great girls. Very thorough cleaning attention to details. Highly recommend them

We are thrilled with our service from Glow & Go Cleaning LLC. The professionalism and work quality is beyond our expectations. I knew we found a winner when we met Hannah, then her employees, especially Lacee. I've always felt that the main reason a company is a success comes from the top, from Hannah, and as she shows respect and appreciation to her employees then that shows in their performance and positive attitude.

Great job from Destiny today! She is good with the details!
Thank you, Destiny!

Wonderful experience! Lately, I haven’t been able to clean as thoroughly as I like, so it’s very nice to know the blinds, furniture, bathrooms and floors are as clean as I want them to be. I asked for Basic Clean, but I feel like they went beyond that. Oh, and they do this cute little thing with the toilet paper! Thank you, Hannah and Destiny!

Karen & her CoWorker came here rocked it. Thank you helping me welcome my family back home

I can’t say enough good things! So appreciative of these ladies and their hard work and attention to detail.

Excellent job! Very thorough and really took their time.

Hannah and her team are the BEST!
They took their time and paid attention to details. I keep finding things they cleaned that I wasn't expecting. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! I highly recommend the Deep clean service.

Karen and Dakota could not have been more kind and conscientious. Very much task oriented. Looking forward to more…

Lacee was great to work with and gave attention to even the smallest details in my home. The whole house smells light and fresh! The floors are literally “squeaky clean,” and she worked magic on some hard water stains in my bathrooms. My “basic clean” was anything but basic! I highly recommend Lacee, Hannah, and the Glow & Go team!

love coming home to a clean house!! they never miss a spot and make sure to even do a little extra! definitely helps me out with having no free time to clean myself

The team arrived promptly at the agreed time, well equipped with all the accoutrement to complete the task of making my house glow. The women were attentive to detail and eager to know what my special requests were. They worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaned my house to its fresh and almost dog-hair-free state (Dog hair is a part of life!). I look forward to this service on a regular basis and highly recommend Glow & Go.

This was one of the best cleanings I have had.
