Booking Policy: To confirm bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your package is required. Failure to receive the deposit within 24 hours will result in cancellation of the booking. Deposits are credited towards owed amounts for bookings not cancelled Bookings cancelled with 24-hour or more notice can apply deposits to alternative dates. However, bookings cancelled with less than 24-hour notice require an additional deposit. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will incur a fee, calculated as follows: 30% of the service total 22 hours prior, 40% 12 hours prior, and 100% 2 hours prior. No rebooking will be allowed until payment is made. This policy ensures that the time slot can be filled by another client. Repeat offenders will be required to pay the full amount prior to each booking. Payment must be received before rebooking can be processed Pricing & Estimates: All provided prices are base prices and are subject to change based on the actual condition of the home at the time of service. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices Excessive Pet Hair Fee: If during the cleaning process, it is found that there is an excessive amount of pet hair that requires more than 20 extra minutes of cleaning time, a fee of $25 will be added to the total cost of the service. This fee is in place to compensate for the additional effort and time required to thoroughly clean and remove the excessive pet hair. Payment: Payment is due within 2 hours after the service is completed. A late fee of $10 per day will be applied to any payments not received within this time frame Travel Fee: We travel for free within a 20-mile radius. Over 20-miles is only 70 cents per mile. Home Readiness: To ensure an efficient and high-quality cleaning service, we ask that all homes be properly prepared before our arrival. This allows us to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible. Failure to do so, a fee will apply. Requirements for Home Readiness: Toys and laundry must be picked up before our arrival. Minimize general clutter throughout the home. Excessive clutter prevents thorough cleaning and slows down the process. If a space is overly cluttered (80% or more), it will not be cleaned. During the summer months, the air conditioning in the house must be set to 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit upon the cleaner's arrival. If the house temperature exceeds 75 degrees, cleaning will not commence and a cancellation fee will be applied. Last Minute Add Ons: Any last-minute add-ons must be discussed and planned prior to my arrival to ensure proper preparation and execution. Please note that I will not accommodate any tasks that are not included in the agreed-upon checklist. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and efficiency of the services provided. Therefore, it is essential to communicate any additional needs well in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Moving Appliances/Furniture: We will only move appliances and furniture that we are physically able to relocate without causing damage to your property or the items themselves. Please note that we will not unscrew or disassemble any items within your home, as this falls outside the scope of our services. If there are specific items that require cleaning but cannot be easily moved, we kindly ask that you relocate those items prior to our arrival. This will ensure a smooth and efficient process and allow us to focus on the tasks at hand. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated, as they will help us provide the best service possible. Social Media: We frequently create content for social media and share before and after pictures. By scheduling a service, clients consent to their homes before and after images being used for promotional purposes on these platforms. Personal or identifying details will not be disclosed.
