🚨🔔 PLEASE READ  BELOW  BEFORE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT 🔔🚨

To ensure a seamless experience, we have a booking policy in place . 
- Full payment is required to secure your appointment.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days in advance. 
- We do not offer REFUNDS under any circumstance. 
- Wigs must be clean, customized if not extra charges apply for the above services.
- Extra charges apply for work done outside of operating hours (before 8 am and/or after 5 pm). If an appointment that takes 2 hours is booked at 4pm please note that it fall under the extra charges category.
- Failure to drop of hair, late arrivals, dirty wigs as well as wigs that are not customised will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment. 
- For wig installations, wigs must be dropped off no later than 3 days before the appointment  ( excluding Sunday and Monday)
Our designated drop-off hours and days are:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Please note that we have a strict no-exceptions policy.
