🚨🔔 PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT 🔔🚨 To ensure a seamless experience, we have a booking policy in place . - Full payment is required to secure your appointment with a 50% cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time the remaining 50% will be carried over to your next appointment. - Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days in advance. - We do not offer REFUNDS under any circumstance. - Wigs must be clean, customized if not extra charges apply for the above services. - Extra charges apply for work done outside of operating hours (before 8 am and/or after 5 pm). - Failure to drop of hair, late arrivals, dirty wigs as well as wigs that are not customised will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment. - For wig installations, wigs must be dropped off no later than 2 days before the appointment if not come with your wig prepped ready to be installed Our designated drop-off hours and days are: - Tuesday to Friday - 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Please note that we have a strict no-exceptions policy.
