Secure your booking within 10 minutes after booking or your appointment will be cancelled. - To reschedule an appointment go to the emails you received when booking and Click on reschedule/cancel at the bottom of the said email - We do not offer REFUNDS under any circumstance. - Wigs must be clean, customized if not extra charges apply for the above services. - A fee of R350 is charged on appointments booked outside of our operating hours. - Failure to drop of hair, late arrivals, dirty wigs as well as wigs that are not customised will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment. - For wig installations, wigs must be dropped off no later than 3 days before the appointment ( excluding Sunday and Monday) Our designated drop-off hours and days are: - Tuesday to Saturday - 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Please note that we have a strict no-exceptions policy.
