Virtual 3D Design Visualization is a premium service for clients who want to see a realistic preview of their space before making purchases. This service provides photorealistic 3D renderings that show furniture placement, scale, color combinations, and overall design flow, helping clients make confident decisions before investing in furniture or décor. This is ideal for clients who want a clear visual of how the space will look once completed.

Description: This service is booked after an initial phone consultation and is designed for clients who are ready to move forward with hands-on planning for their space. During this in-home design walkthrough, I visually assess the room, take measurements, review layout possibilities, and begin putting together a clear plan for the room design. This session allows me to see the space in person so recommendations are accurate, functional, and tailored to how the room will actually be used. This service focuses on planning and assessment, not shopping. Includes: • In-person visual assessment of the space • Measurements and layout evaluation Space planning and flow discussion • Review of existing furniture (keep vs. replace) • Initial design direction and planning notes Does Not Include: • In-store shopping • Furniture sourcing or purchasing • Full design boards or renderings Non- refundable Financing Available (Optional) Full financing details sent after booking.

Due to extended travel time, this service requires advance scheduling and includes travel considerations. Final scheduling details are confirmed after booking. This consultation is ideal for clients seeking professional, in-person design guidance beyond the local service area. Non-refundable Duration: 1 hour Location: Long-distance / out-of-state Note: Travel and lodging (if required) may be discussed separately.

During this 60–90 minute consultation, we will walk through the space to identify design elements that are limiting the overall look and feel and discuss strategic upgrades to achieve a modern, upscale, and welcoming environment. The consultation focuses on design direction, functionality, and first-impression impact—without committing to a full design project.
