Virtual Design Consultation

Virtual Interior Design Service This service provides clients with a professionally designed room concept completed remotely. Clients will receive 3D still renderings of the proposed design, along with furniture and décor selections, product/shopping links, color and finish recommendations, and placement guidance based on their selected package. Please note: 3D renderings are still images showing different views/angles of the completed design. Interactive 3D or 360° virtual walkthroughs are not included. Price varies Virtual design services are customized based on the size, number and complexity of the space(s), as well as the level of design assistance required. Final pricing will be provided after your complimentary discovery call and once the project scope has been determined.

In home Design Consultation (within 30 miles)

Description: This service is booked after an initial phone consultation and is designed for clients who are ready to move forward with hands-on planning for their space. During this in-home design walkthrough, I visually assess the room, take measurements, review layout possibilities, and begin putting together a clear plan for the room design. This session allows me to see the space in person so recommendations are accurate, functional, and tailored to how the room will actually be used. This service focuses on planning and assessment, not shopping. Includes: • In-person visual assessment of the space • Measurements and layout evaluation Space planning and flow discussion • Review of existing furniture (keep vs. replace) • Initial design direction and planning notes Does Not Include: • In-store shopping • Furniture sourcing or purchasing • Full design boards or renderings Non- refundable Financing Available (Optional) Full financing details sent after booking.

Extended Travel In Home Design Consultation (31-80 Miles)

Long-Distance / Out-of-State In Home Design Consultation (150+ miles)

Description: This service is for clients located more than 80 miles away or outside of the local service area who want an in-home design consultation. It includes hands-on design guidance, space assessment, and professional direction to help plan your space effectively. Due to extended travel time, this service requires advance scheduling and includes travel considerations. Final scheduling details are confirmed after booking. This consultation is ideal for clients seeking professional, in-person design guidance beyond the local service area. Non-refundable Duration: 1 hour Location: Long-distance / out-of-state Note: Travel and lodging (if required) may be discussed separately.

Commercial Design Consultation

This consultation is designed for commercial spaces seeking to elevate a lobby or common area that currently feels generic, outdated, or overly clinical. During this 60–90 minute consultation, we will walk through the space to identify design elements that are limiting the overall look and feel and discuss strategic upgrades to achieve a modern, upscale, and welcoming environment. The consultation focuses on design direction, functionality, and first-impression impact—without committing to a full design project.
