By making an appointment, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms, please read them carefully: Cancellations & Changes • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will incur a 50% charge. • If you cancel on the day or fail to attend, full payment will be required. All outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking. Arrival & Punctuality • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early, as this may disturb the dog currently being groomed. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £5 late fee will apply. Arrivals later than this may result in the appointment being cancelled and full payment will still be required. Severe Matting Charge •Severe matting will incur an additional fee of £8.00. This will be discussed with you beforehand and photos will be taken for reference. In most cases, shaving is the only humane option. Fleas • If fleas are found on your dog, an additional charge of £10-£15 will be applied to cover the cost of a flea bomb and deep cleaning. In severe cases, the groom will be refused and full payment will still be required, along with the additional fee. Health Conditions • You must inform me if your dog has any medical conditions or if there has been any changes in your dog's health between appointments. Payment • Payment must be made in full before collecting your dog. Cash is the preferred method of payment. Card payments and bank transfer are also available. Conduct • Rudeness will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Services will be refused if such behaviour is encountered. Thank you, we look forwards to seeing you!
