By making an appointment, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms, please read them carefully: 

Cancellations & Changes
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will incur a 50% charge. • If you cancel on the day or fail to attend, full payment will be required. All outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking.

Arrival & Punctuality
• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early, as this may disturb the dog currently being groomed.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £5 late fee will apply. Arrivals later than this may result in the appointment being cancelled and full payment will still be required.

Severe Matting Charge
•Severe matting will incur an additional fee of £8.00. This will be discussed with you beforehand and photos will be taken for reference. In most cases, shaving is the only humane option.

Fleas
• If fleas are found on your dog, an additional charge of £10-£15 will be applied to cover the cost of a flea bomb and deep cleaning. In severe cases, the groom will be refused and full payment will still be required, along with the additional fee.

Health Conditions
• You must inform me if your dog has any medical conditions or if there has been any changes in your dog's health between appointments.

Payment
• Payment must be made in full before collecting your dog. Cash is the preferred method of payment. Card payments and bank transfer are also available. 

Conduct
• Rudeness will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Services will be refused if such behaviour is encountered.

Gentle introductory grooming session for puppies under 6 months old including a calming bath, light brush-out, ear and paw tidy, and a ear clean/nail trim as needed, leaving your puppy clean and comfortable with the grooming process. Regular breaks and encouragement are provided throughout to ensure a gentle, pressure-free environment for puppies under 6 months.

Basic bath and brush includes a full bath, thorough drying and a complete brush-out to remove loose hair, shed undercoat and smooth-out tangles, leaving your pet with a clean, refreshed, tangle-free coat. Includes ear cleaning and nail clip if required.

Bath and Brush

Complete bath, coat brushing, haircut and trim, nail trimming, ear cleaning and sanitary trim, plus blow-dry and final styling to leave your pet clean, comfortable and well-groomed with a natural finish.
