 2nd session with Dean following total achilles rupture 5mths ago.
Dean thoroughly assessed my injury and created a comprehensive treatment plan.
Already I feel there has been a significant improvement in strength  and range of movement in my lower leg and calf. 
Dean has  given me lots of good advice . He has given me confidence  to follow the exercises he has provided to do at home between sessions 
Very happy with progress so far.

Got to the bottom of an ongoing back problem and we have started work to sort it out. The stretching is something else however I walked out feeling as light as a feather. Looking forwards to starting the next stage of rehab and strengthening 

Fantastic first session. Not only a thorough and focused session on the problem area but an understanding of cause, prevention and techniques to minimise issues going forward. Highly recommend.

Dino made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Sports massage was spot on already feel better for it but can be sure I’ll be sore tomorrow which is sign of a great massage

First time going to Dean for an upper body massage with stretching and I cannot recommend him enough. Dean  made me feel very welcome from arrival to leaving. We talked through what I needed, he explained everything he was doing, making sure I was comfortable throughout the service. Great guy, I went with some back pain and when I left it felt alot better than when i first walked in. I was informed it would still be sore for upto 48hrs after so I will wait and see. 

Absolutely amazing,  cannot recommend enough ! Dean puts you immediately at ease and is so knowledgeable ... I came out feeling so different it was untrue, all my tense points were relaxed and i felt no pain!! I've already booked back in for acupuncture , which I never thought I would go for !  Easy booking system and physio exercise sheets / guides were sent through afterwards. If you are reading this I would say book in without hesitation!! :-)

This will include, hot towel therapy, face massage with light oil/cream, cupping and stretching to neck and face, non marks, finishing with neck traction, also infra-red therapy mask.

Fascial Massage Therapy. 

If your in a rush and not wanting to book for the fuol 50 minutes, try this new service, 30 minutes which will include stretching.

30 minute Sports Massage & Stretching
