I've been training with Dean for six weeks now, and it's been a really positive experience. He's made a massive difference in my fitness journey and really tailors the workouts specifically to me. He makes you feel so comfortable and supports you through every step. I’d highly recommend him to anyone!

I went to Flexion for chronic back pain. I have tried chiropractors, physiotherapy and massages but always flare up again a day or two after. Dino assessed and spotted exactly where my weaknesses were and put together a rehab (torture) plan. In just 3 sessions I have noticed a massive difference in my back but also in overall fitness and mental capacity. He is so knowledge and most importantly doesn’t mind swearing. 

After a few deep muscle massage sessions the pain I was experiencing in my muscles & tendons from the the start has subsided. Dean has recommended a rehabilitation programme which we've started with recommended exercises to strengthen my weakened leg. Can't thank Dean enough for his patience and understanding. Feeling so much more positive and looking forward to getting stronger.

I visited Flexion as I was feeling generally tight from gym work as well as suffering with pain in my hip/lower back. 

Dean was great, asking me several questions before going through a full postural examination, followed by some stretches, massage and dry needling. 

Felt a lot better after just one session.

 2nd session with Dean following total achilles rupture 5mths ago.
Dean thoroughly assessed my injury and created a comprehensive treatment plan.
Already I feel there has been a significant improvement in strength  and range of movement in my lower leg and calf. 
Dean has  given me lots of good advice . He has given me confidence  to follow the exercises he has provided to do at home between sessions 
Very happy with progress so far.

Got to the bottom of an ongoing back problem and we have started work to sort it out. The stretching is something else however I walked out feeling as light as a feather. Looking forwards to starting the next stage of rehab and strengthening

Great guy, I went with some back pain and when I left it felt alot better than when i first walked in. I was informed it would still be sore for upto 48hrs after so I will wait and see. 

Absolutely amazing,  cannot recommend enough ! Dean puts you immediately at ease and is so knowledgeable ... I came out feeling so different it was untrue, all my tense points were relaxed and i felt no pain!! I've already booked back in for acupuncture , which I never thought I would go for !  Easy booking system and physio exercise sheets / guides were sent through afterwards. If you are reading this I would say book in without hesitation!! :-)
