Contact Flexion for further questions £100 deposit will be required along with the first weeks payment.

This is really based on Athletes, you will be tested through Plyometric and Proprioception skills, joints and muscles tested, testing all joints and explosive power, followed by a sports Massage.

Mini- Flex parent & Child

Mini- Flex is designed for autistic children or Sens, also children wanting to get fit and educated, its a safe enviroment and parent & child will work together creating a strong bond and fun whilst getting fit, goody bag will be provided, Up grade to 40 mins for £5 more for the adult only. You will need to book and pay upfront for Minimum 3 weeks 6 week program, parnet recieves 30 minute free massage 10 week program, parent recieves 40 minute free massage Children will also rwcieve a certiificate on completion
