Each session is personalized to help you relax, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space.  Hi, I’m Jena. I offer a gentle, intuitive approach to healing through Reiki energy work, relaxation massage, or a combination of both. My work is centered around creating a safe and grounded environment where the body can soften and the nervous system can begin to settle.  My background includes over 300 hours of clinical massage training, along with ongoing experience in energy healing. I am a Level II Reiki practitioner and have completed multiple courses and workshops in shadow work and emotional integration, which influence the way I hold space and support each client.  Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment—whether through grounding touch, subtle energy work, or a combination of both. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels natural, restorative, and easeful. Fine Tuned Therapy

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Fine Tuned Therapy. By booking with Fine Tuned Therapy, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Fine Tuned Therapy may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply.

Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The massage was the perfect balance of therapeutic and calming, and every bit of tension melted away. Professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled — I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Wonderful massage and reiki experience. Was skeptical about the reiki but found it really moving. Will return. 

Had a lovely experience with Jenna. Very relaxing, the atmosphere was lovely, the place smelt wonderful and the actual massage table was the most comfortable ive ever been on. 

As someone with anxiety the important parts: incredibly easy to find, clear instructions for entering the building and during treatment, payment is easy and can be done in cash or etransfer

The space was warm and inviting, the massage table itself was very comfortable. The massage was excellent. The oil was gentle and refreshing on my skin, Jena did amazing at the neck portion, great consistent pressure. I was thoroughly in a relaxed state! I was in need of an energy alignment when I found Jena, the energy I received was light and high vibrational, definitely cleared out some blockages I've had. I will be seeing her agian 😊
