🌿 Welcome to Fine-Tuned Therapy Offering relaxation massage, Reiki, and integrated sessions designed to support both the body and nervous system. Each session is personalized to help you relax, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space. Hi, I’m Jena. I offer a gentle, intuitive approach to healing through Reiki energy work, relaxation massage, or a combination of both. My work is centered around creating a safe and grounded environment where the body can soften and the nervous system can begin to settle. My background includes over 300 hours of clinical massage training, along with ongoing experience in energy healing. I am a Level II Reiki practitioner and have completed multiple courses and workshops in shadow work and emotional integration, which influence the way I hold space and support each client. Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment—whether through grounding touch, subtle energy work, or a combination of both. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels natural, restorative, and easeful.
