RESCHEDULING

Please reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate others.

CANCELLATIONS

 Cancellations require a minimum 24-hour notice so we may offer your slot to clients on our waitlist. 

ADD-ONS

All add-ons requiring advanced preparation require a $30 deposit 2 days prior to your appointment; the remaining balance will be due at your appointment.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, cards (with a 3% transaction fee), and Apple Pay. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are not provided after services are rendered. Should any issue arise, contact us within 72 hours for a complimentary adjustment.

Martine was great! She took special care while re-braiding my autistic daugther's hair. Her prices are reasonable too!

I love my knotless braids! This is my second time coming to get my hair braided. The first time I got Senegalese Twist. She braids smooth, and not tight. She braids very neat!
