Policy and Terms

Dear clients before moving forward know that at Entourage’s Braiding your SATISFACTION is our PRIORITY RESCHEDULING — Please reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate others. CANCELLATIONS —- Cancellations require a minimum 24-hour notice so we may offer your slot to clients on our waitlist. ADD-ONS — All add-ons requiring advanced preparation require a $30 deposit 2 days prior to your appointment; the remaining balance will be due at your appointment. PAYMENT METHODS — We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, cards (with a 3% transaction fee), and Apple Pay. REFUNDS — Refunds are not provided after services are rendered. Should any issue arise, contact us within 72 hours for a complimentary adjustment. By booking with Entourage’s Braiding, you agree to these terms.
