Policy and Terms

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Online bookings: A valid credit or debit card is required when booking online. Your card will not be charged unless this policy applies. Bookings made directly with me: For appointments booked directly through me (text, DM, or in person), where card details cannot be taken, the same cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • For online bookings, this amount will be charged to the card on file. • For direct bookings, the outstanding fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. • Once the fee has been settled, you are very welcome to rebook.
