I understand that life happens and plans can change. 
To help me manage my schedule effectively and to offer the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- Cancellations with 24 hours notice or more: No problem—simply let me know, and I’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: I reserve the right to limit future bookings.
A valid card is required at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as per my policy.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a late cancellation.
