Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Online Bookings

A valid credit or debit card is required when booking online.

The £1 charged at checkout is a booking fee paid directly to Goldie to secure your appointment and support the booking platform. This fee is separate from your treatment cost and is not deducted from the amount you pay on the day.

If you book multiple appointments in advance, a £1 booking fee applies to each appointment and is not deducted from the cost of your treatments.

Bookings Made Directly with Me

If you book your appointment directly with me (via text, DM, or in person), where card details cannot be taken, the same cancellation policy applies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
* For online bookings, this amount will be charged to the card held on file.
* For direct bookings, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.
* Once the outstanding balance has been settled, you are very welcome to book with me again.

I understand that genuine emergencies can happen and will always consider these on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.

Ah I am in LOVE with my nails ready for holiday, I was recommend by a good friend and Emily was the first time I’ve actually been to a salon to get my nails done and the only one now going forward after how amazing she did! Helps she’s so bloody lovely and had me laughing the entire time, so relaxing and easy to be pampered by! Thank you lovely, see you soon!

Been with Emily for years wouldn't consider going to anyone else, I have my nails, toes and brows done every fortnight and a massage thrown in as a treat every now and then, beautiful person inside and out and very talented to boot!!
