If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by phone or direct message (DM). Cancellations made via email will be treated as a no-show. Payment is usually taken at the end of your appointment, unless the session is being purchased as a gift. Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer. A chaperone is available on request for all appointments. Please let me know in advance if you would like one present.

This 45-minute physiotherapy session is suitable for the assessment and treatment of most musculoskeletal conditions. It provides sufficient time for a focused assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and the prescription of tailored rehabilitation exercises.
The session may include a combination of manual therapy, movement assessment, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education to help you understand your condition and manage symptoms effectively.
