By utilizing the services of Drive Wright Elite Transport, clients agree to make payments via cash, card, Venmo, Paypal, or through the app with payment link. 

 Clients must provide clear booking details including pick-up and drop-off locations. Payments are typically due upon entry or as agreed upon with the driver. Out of city or town trips require partial payment upfront and final payment upon completion.

 Respectful behavior and pet restrictions apply. Damage to vehicles will incur charges, and clients are responsible for removing items (not belonging to driver or company) before exiting the vehicle.  Rush call fees may apply for out of state/city trips.

 Subscription-based rides require upfront payment, with non-refundable balances rolling over. Chargebacks will result in legal action, with refunds only given in case of company error.

My daughter recommended Rodney after I went to reserve an Uber and saw that the price was ridiculous. His fees are definitely fair and worth it. He arrived at the appointed time in a spotless car. When I stupidly left my phone in his car, he returned it to me immediately. He also adjusted his schedule when I called later and asked if I could move up my pick up time. I felt completely safe as I was riding alone and will definitely use him again!
