Policy and Terms
By utilizing the services of Drive Wright Elite Transport, clients agree to make payments via cash, card, Venmo, Paypal, or through the app with payment link. Failure to make payments will be considered theft of services. Clients must provide clear booking details including pick-up and drop-off locations. Payment is typically due upon entry or as agreed with the driver. Out of city or town trips require partial payment upfront and final payment upon completion. Respectful behavior and pet restrictions apply. Damage to vehicles will incur charges. Clients are responsible for removing trash. Rush call fees may apply for out of state/city trips. Subscription-based rides require upfront payment, with non-refundable balances rolling over. Chargebacks will result in legal action, with refunds only given in case of company error.
