By booking with Done! By Mahogany, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Done! By Mahogany may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; up to 12 hours prior to scheduled services. Late cancellations forfeit deposit. You will be able to schedule a new appointment without another deposit as a one time courtesy. If that time slot is missed, the full cost of the service will be charged. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Remaining balance is due at the end of your service.

Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, appointments will be canceled and deposits forfeited.

Please arrive prepared to work in peace. This is a luxury service! Allow time to enjoy the service and please minimize phone use during service.
