Policy and Terms

By booking with Done! By Mahogany, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Done! By Mahogany may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; up to 12 hours prior to scheduled services. Late cancellations forfeit deposit. You will be able to schedule a new appointment without another deposit as a one time courtesy. If that time slot is missed, the full cost of the service will be charged. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Remaining balance is due at the end of your service. Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, appointments will be canceled and deposits forfeited. Please arrive prepared to work in peace. This is a luxury service! Allow time to enjoy the service and please minimize phone use during service. By booking, you agree to these terms and consent to photo/video content for portfolio use.

One color is deposited onto the hair for grey coverage or all over color.

Flattest Sew-in

Custom braided pattern to match desired style. Bundles are sewn on over a net on a freshly cleansed and oiled scalp. Hair not included.

Virtual Beauty Consultation

Ideal for the client who wants to DIY but needs some guidance. This is a 1-on-1 session where discuss your desired look and how I can best inform you. Ideal for at home styling and makeup. This is purely informational so I suggest taking notes. The call can be recorded and sent for a small fee.

1:1 Guided Hair/Beauty Session

Up to 2 hours in a single session. Coloring your hair or applying your own makeup? In this 1-on-1 session you are guided step. Ideal for clients who aren’t confident at all but is a good listener.
