Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By booking with Done! By Mahogany, you agree to these Policies & Terms, and the deposit will be refunded provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Please arrive prepared to work in peace, as this is a luxury service, and minimize phone use during your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed, and the business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
