A fever or contagious illness.
Head lice.
An untreated scalp infection or open sores.

We value everyone's time. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled.

Late arrivals may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.
Full service fees still apply.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by management.

Appointments are recommended. 

Booking Policy: 
✨ All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. 

By booking, you agree to all salon policies.

Hair is included with all braid services only. Prices cover shoulder to mid-back length only. Longer lengths and add-ons must be selected at booking. 

For Crochet, Twists, and Loc Services, additional fee applies. Hair Add-On is available during booking.

💳 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and go toward your remaining balance.

💰 Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately after your service is completed. We accept approved payment methods listed by the salon.

Clients are responsible for paying the full balance before leaving the salon.

🚫 No Refund Policy
All payments made to Diva's Palace Beauty Spot are final and non-refundable.

✨ Service Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify Diva's Palace Beauty Spot within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will evaluate the concern and, if appropriate, schedule a correction.
No refunds will be issued.

Concerns reported after 24 hours will not qualify for complimentary adjustments.
Any service requested after the 24-hour period will be considered a new appointment and charged at the current service price.
