Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Diva Chavez. We require a 40% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. ***After hours and weekend appointments are subject to a $100 fee CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 4 calendar days before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window, and if you reschedule using the link provided your deposit will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled booking. RUNNING LATE? A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. ACCOMMODATION Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment so reasonable accommodations can be made. REFUNDS No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
