Adding your pup's information and photo in the description section during booking is extremely helpful for me to be properly prepared for your appointment.

Rabies Vaccination is required! 
But other vaccinations are HIGHLY recommended!
 
10 minute grace period for drop off times. After 10 minutes & no communication, appointments will be cancelled. 
After 1 no call/no show a deposit will be required to book future appointments. Payment in full will be taken as a deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or no-show. Deposits can be used to reschedule 1 time. 

Matted dogs will be shaved for their comfort and well-being.
De-Matting is NOT included in the price of grooms. There will be an extra charge.
This cost contributes towards the extra time and the wear caused to grooming tools.
What are mats?: Mats are tight knots of fur that restrict blood flow and movement.
At times, the act of shaving mats could reveals pre-existing injuries such as cuts or scratches from itching, inflammation, skin infections, and blood circulation problems. Also, there is a possible chance your dog could have or develop a hematoma; especially around the ears. Owner will be informed of any of these symptoms are present during the groom but there is a chance of these happening after the grooming process. 

We had a great experience our Shih Tzu is not easy to get cut. Kyly said she was squirming a bit but settled down. This is our first time going and will deffently go back.

Kyly always does a great job. Zoey is excited to see her each visit.

My dogs are reactive typically to spa day. We’ve tried connecting with different groomers but going to a public space just added to the anxiety. So I switched it up and on our 2nd trip I already heard good news about improvement! This makes my heart so happy. Highly recommend if you have a furry friend who doesn’t love these sessions at other spots.

I have used dipping clip twice now for my 13-year-old golden retriever. He had not been groomed at all for several years before I took him to her she did an absolutely outstanding job he looks great and her deshedding process is awesome. I highly recommend dipping clip. A great job at a fair price

Kyly watched our two dogs for us while we were out of town. It was a great experience.  She gave us regular updates. Our pups were very happy.

I took my Blue Heeler for her first groom and have found my new place. Kyly did a wonderful job and Millie looks great, smells super clean, and I've had 24 hours of shed free time (which I know is short lived) but there was clearly a solid job with the deshedding. We'll be back!!

Kyly did a phenomenal job! My 7 year old Great Pyrenees had never been professionally groomed and was an outdoor dog. She had her work cut out for her and my Great Pyr looks amazing. My dog is also not a fan of baths or loud noises so I am impressed with how beautiful of a job she did. Very professional. Will definitely be going back.

My dogs looked great and I loved getting a photo update once they were finished. She as very quick too. Highly recommend. 

Kyly does so good with my old crotchity dog. He wiggles and fusses but she still manages to get him looking handsome. Kyly has a way with him and he seems to like her otherwise she probably wouldn't be able to groom him at all.

Jake the Corgi loves SPA day at Dip & Clip with Kyly.  He comes home so trim, soft and smells yummy.    Kyly works hard to get rid of excess hair which we really appreciate back at home.  I highly recommend this business.

My 2 standard poodles always come home super clean and fluffy. She follows the cut I ask for perfectly and does it very efficiently, which I think my pups enjoy. Very pleased with the service we receive! 

Kyly did a great job with our goldendoodle’s groom! I love how easy it was to make an appointment. Drop off and pick up is much easier with it being at her home, as I don’t have to bring all my kids into a store. She was quick and efficient and our dog looks and smells great! Kyly did a wonderful job with my Shih Tzu. She was precise, and had my boy finished up in no time! Her pricing is comparable to our regular Groomer But with the convenience and one on one dynamic the experience overall was much better. Will be booking again!

First time taking Brooklyn to get her nails clipped. She did great work on getting the job done and being patient with my dog. Will return.

We were very pleased with our first experience at this grooming salon.  The groomer, Kyly, picked up our dog from our vehicle and returned him to us at the end of the appointment. She listened to our instructions and the result was a well-groomed dog! Since she works one-on-one, our dog wasn't distracted/excited by other dogs waiting to be groomed.  She also completed his appointment within an hour--just enough time for us to run two errands.  Convenient, friendly service from Kyly!
