ALL pricing is base pricing and can be subject to change due to coat condition and/or animal's behavior. 10 minute grace period for drop off times. After 10 minutes & no communication, appointments will be cancelled. After 1 no call/no show a deposit will be required to book future appointments. Payment in full will be taken as a deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or no-show. Deposits can be used to reschedule 1 time. Matted dogs will be shaved for their comfort and well-being. De-Matting is NOT included in the price of grooms. There will be an extra charge. This cost contributes towards the extra time and the wear caused to grooming tools. What are mats?: Mats are tight knots of fur that restrict blood flow and movement. At times, the act of shaving mats could reveals pre-existing injuries such as cuts or scratches from itching, inflammation, skin infections, and blood circulation problems. Also, there is a possible chance your dog could have or develop a hematoma; especially around the ears. Owner will be informed of any of these symptoms are present during the groom but there is a chance of these happening after the grooming process.
