- Two no call/ no shows you will  be blocked from booking 
-Appointments need to be rescheduled within 48 hrs 
—If you are 10 minutes late to the appointment it is a $10 late fee, after 20 minutes the appt is automatically cancelled 
-All payments are nonrefundable 
-If nails are broken or damaged within 7 days I will fix them for free, after 7 days there is a fee
-Natural nails should be bare at the time of appt, if you come with something on your nails you will have to pay for a removal fee depending on what it on your nails
-No foreign fills. We will have to soak off your nails before putting on a new set
-If you cancel within 48 hrs of the appt you will be charged a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service that you booked. 
-If you no call no show your appt you will be charged the full service amount. 
-You cannot book another appt until the fees you owe are paid! 
-Cards are required to be put on file for this reason. Your card info is protected and will not be used for anything other than the cancellation fee. 
-All payments must be paid by cash or card. Customers pay card fees, cash is the preferred payment method.

Michy is the sweetest individual.  She did a great job talking me through the options she offered. She asked a lot of questions to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable,  answering any questions I had. The whole atmosphere in the suite is welcoming and comfortable. I got a medium acrylic freestyle, and she absolutely killed it!

She always does the BEST job! Shes so sweet, definitely will keep going back! 

I booked just on a feeling that this would be the best nail appointment of my life, and I was right. My nails still look great weeks later, and the conversation and style of the salon was just what I have been looking for. 

Anyone not going to get their nails done here is missing out!  Quality is amazing and the overall company 10/10.

I used to dread going to get my nails done, it always felt like a chore and I never left fully happy. But ever since I started going to michy… it’s literally something I look forward to now. The salon is the cutest pink, girly vibe ever and it just makes you feel good as soon as you walk in. She’s so sweet, actually listens to what you want, and somehow makes my nails look perfect every time. It’s such a relaxing, fun little self-care thing for me now. 🩷💅

Wonderful experience! As a perfectionist I don’t often leave with my nails being exactly as imagined, but she blew my expectations. Highly skilled artist. It was easy to communicate for the look I wanted but she made sure to listen, ensuring i was comfortable. If you have sensitive nails/ bad experiences with the drill you can understand why that was a huge relief.
