-Deposits must be sent within 24 hrs of booking, if there is no deposit, there is no appointment -After one no call/ no show you will have to put a 50% deposit down -After two no call/ no shows you will be blocked from booking -Appointments need to be rescheduled within 48 hrs in order to transfer the deposit, if they are rescheduled last minute you will be asked to pay another deposit —If you are 15 minutes late to the appointment it is a $10 late fee, after 30 minutes the appt is automatically cancelled -All deposits are non-refundable -If nails are broken or damaged within 7 days I will fix them for free, after 7 days there is a fee -Natural nails should be bare at the time of appt, if you come with something on your nails you will have to pay for a removal fee depending on what it on your nails -No foreign fills. We will have to soak off your nails before putting on a new set -If you cancel within 48 hrs of the appt you will be charged a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service that you booked. Your deposit will not be considered for the cancellation fee. -Cards are required to be put on file for this reason. Your card info is protected and will not be used for anything other than the cancellation fee.
