Policy and Terms
We accept your order when a payment of the deposit of £15 has been received. Cancellation policy; If we cannot accept your booking we will not charge you. Cancellation of services by you: You are entitled to cancel the services before but you will not be entitled to a refund as all bookings are non- refundable. We understand that things can change therefore we will accept a free rescheduling up to 24 hours notice of your original booking. Please get in touch directly with us on 07966665989 to process this. Please note for no show or less than 24 hours notice, full payment is expected for the appointment. A link will be sent to compete this payment. 4D 8k imaging: some factors are outside our control such as fetal position, placenta location and women’s BMIs. We will endeavour to obtain a high quality image however, if we cannot obtain an acceptable image, payment for your scan time appointment is still required. If baby is shy and we cannot obtain any images, a free rescan may be offered and must be rescheduled within 2 weeks from original booking.
