We accept your order when a payment of the deposit of £15 has been received.

Cancellation policy; If we cannot accept your booking we will not charge you.

Cancellation of services by you: You are entitled to cancel the services before but you may not be entitled to a full refund. You will not be refunded the deposit of £15 if cancelled within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we can amend the date and your deposit will be saved towards your new appointment time. 

4D 8k imaging: some factors are outside our control such as fetal position, placenta location and women’s BMIs. We will endeavour to obtain a high quality image however, if we cannot obtain an acceptable image, payment for your scan time appointment is still required. This may be offered at a reduced cost or an alternative extra will be added onto your order. This is at the discretion of the midwife.
