🐾 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! 🐾 Booking an appointment with Chelsea's Spaw Services confirms that you have read and agree to the policies below. Booking Information 📅 Booking Opens Monthly ●My books open on the 15th of each month. Please be sure to schedule while appointments are open—spots fill up fast (gratefully! 😩✨). 💻 Check My Booking Link First ●My online booking link always displays my most up-to-date availability and pricing. Please check the booking site before messaging, as availability changes in real time. 📅 Appointment Availability ●Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. To provide each pet with the time and attention they deserve, I accept only a limited number of appointments each day. Once my daily capacity has been reached, I reserve the right to decline or reschedule additional appointment requests, even if an opening appears to be available on the booking site. 💲 Pricing ●Current pricing is available through my booking link. ~Please note that all services require a Bath or Full Groom to ensure proper coat care. The only standalone service offered is Nail Trim Only. 🐶 Appointment Policies 🚗 Transportation Drop-off is my standard service. •Transportation (pick-up and/or drop-off) is available for an additional fee and must be selected at the time of booking. ●Due to scheduling and route planning, I cannot guarantee last-minute transportation requests. If transportation is not booked in advance, you will be responsible for dropping off and picking up your pet. 🕰️ Drop-Off Window The time selected when booking is NOT your actual appointment time. ●All pets must be dropped off between 9:30 AM–11:30 AM, regardless of the time shown on your booking confirmation. ●Earlier drop-offs are available upon request. ●The latest drop-off I can accommodate is 12:00 PM and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. ●Pets arriving after the approved drop-off window may be declined or required to reschedule. ⏳ Grooming Process I don't rush perfection! Every pet receives the time and attention they deserve in a calm, low-stress environment. ■ If you need your pet finished by a certain time, please discuss it with me before booking, and I'll let you know if I can accommodate your request. ●💦 Fresh water is always available. ●🦴 Treats are given with owner permission. ●🍽️ You're welcome to pack food if your pet has dietary needs or will be staying for an extended visit. 📸 Photo Sessions Photo sessions are an optional add-on and are only available when a photo setup is offered. ●Occasionally, I may not have a themed backdrop or photo area available. If a photo session cannot be provided, the photo session fee will not be charged or will be refunded if it was paid in advance. 📞 Pickup ●You'll receive a text message as soon as your pet is ready for pickup. Please pick up your pet promptly unless we've made other arrangements beforehand. 📲 Appointment Confirmation ●Appointment confirmation is required. ~Please confirm your appointment by text at least 48 hours before your appointment. ●If I do not receive confirmation, your appointment will be canceled 24 hours before and opened to another client. ~Even if we've spoken previously, I still require your final confirmation text. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows ●Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. ●Repeated cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to confirm appointments may require a non-refundable deposit before future appointments can be booked. 🧼 Coat & Health Check Every pet receives a hands-on assessment during check-in. If I discover: •Matting •Fleas •Skin concerns or anything that may affect the grooming process I will notify you before proceeding whenever possible. ✂️ Matting Policy ●Matting can be painful and may hide skin conditions. For the safety and comfort of your pet, severely matted coats may require a shave-down. ~Dematting is only performed when it can be done safely and humanely. Additional fees apply. 🐜 Flea Policy If fleas are found during your pet's appointment, a flea treatment fee will be added to help protect other pets in my care and maintain a clean grooming environment. ❤️ Safety First Your pet's safety and well-being are always my top priority. If your pet becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or if continuing the groom would be unsafe, I reserve the right to stop the service at any time. You will only be charged for the portion of the groom that was completed. 💳 Payment Payment is due at the time of pickup, unless your service has already been paid for through my booking site.
