At C.L Valeting & Detailing, we are committed to delivering a professional, reliable, and high-quality service at every appointment. To help ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we kindly ask that all customers take note of the following terms and policy.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking time.

A safe and suitable power supply must be available at the service location for all valeting and detailing services to be carried out.

Please ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed appointment time and location.

Service times are approximate and may vary depending on the vehicle and the service being carried out.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.

Couldn’t recommend enough to anyone, the car had been sitting so long it was covered in mold and smelt like a farm. After the full valet it looked like it was fresh out of a showroom and smelt amazing!! The best I’ve seen
