At C.L Valeting & Detailing, we are committed to delivering a professional, reliable, and high-quality service at every appointment. To help ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we kindly ask that all customers take note of the following terms and policy. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking time. A safe and suitable power supply must be available at the service location for all valeting and detailing services to be carried out. Please ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed appointment time and location. Service times are approximate and may vary depending on the vehicle and the service being carried out. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.

Deep Clean

A Deep Clean is an intensive restoration service for vehicles affected by heavy soiling, strong odours, mould, or contamination. This service uses steam cleaning and enzyme-based cleaners to break down and remove bacteria, mould, and organic contaminants such as body fluids. Carpets and seats are wet-vac extracted, all interior surfaces are steam cleaned and sanitised, and leather is cleaned and conditioned where applicable. An ozone treatment is carried out to neutralise lingering odours and bacteria at a molecular level. Externally, the vehicle receives a thorough wash and a 3-month protective wax for long-lasting gloss and paint protection.
