Thank you for booking with Braids by V. I specialize in human hair boho styles that are neat, lightweight, and protective—while prioritizing the health of your natural hair.

Please read carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Payments & Deposits
	•	A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service.
	•	Remaining balance is due in cash at the time of your appointment.
	•	No refunds under any circumstances.

No-Shows & Cancellations
	•	A $75 no-show fee will be charged if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours.
	•	Failure to pay will result in being blocked from future bookings.

	•	Please arrive on time.
	•	After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
	•	To continue service (if time allows), a $25 late fee applies or you must rebook with a new deposit.

Hair Prep Requirements
	•	Hair must be washed, blow-dried, and fully detangled.
	•	No oils or heavy products.
	•	Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around.
Failure to meet prep requirements may result in refusal of service.

I had the best experience! Let me start by saying V is kind and personable and that definitely makes sitting in a chair for hours alot more enjoyable! She was flexible and took time to consult with me when I arrived and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted in terms of color. Some Braiders wouldn’t be willing to even have a conversation if you didn’t book ALL of the specifics in advance. This wasn’t the case with her! Not only that, but the finished product was BOMB. I received countless compliments!
