Welcome to Braids by V Please read carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. Payments & Deposits • All remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. Deposits go towards your service. • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please book responsibly and communicate any changes in advance. • Deposits are non-refundable No-Show & Cancellation Policy • A $75 no-show fee will be charged if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to pay will resort to you being blocked from booking future appointments. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be required to rebook with a new deposit or pay a $25 late fee to continue service. Hair Preparation Requirements • Your hair must be washed, blow-dried, and fully detangled before your appointment. Please do not apply oils, conditioners, or heavy products. • Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around to secure braids properly. Booking with shorter hair may result in refusal of service. Service Details & Adjustments • Hair is included with all services. Please confirm your desired length, style, and color at the time of booking. • Any adjustments to your appointment (such as style, length, or color) must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day changes will incur a $50 emergency fee due to the additional preparation required. • For same-day bookings, please text the business phone number directly to confirm availability.
