📋 Policy & Terms

Please read carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you agree to the following terms:

⏰ Late Policy:
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, you will be charged $25 for being late, after 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled and marked as a no-show. A rebooking fee will apply.

❌ Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows and late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

💳 Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service total.

🧼 Clean Lashes & Nails:
Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or mascara) and/or bare nails (if necessary for your service). Extra time for removal or cleaning may reduce your service time.

💅 Fills:
Lash fills are only accepted with 35% or more of lashes intact. Anything less may be considered a full set. After 4.5  weeks for your lashes/nails you will need to book for a removal and a new full-set.

👧 Extra Guests:
No additional guests or children unless being serviced. This is to maintain a calm and professional space.

💵 Payment:
Cash and Card ONLY. No refunds on completed services.

If you show signs of illness, please reschedule. For your safety and mine, services may be declined if hygiene or health concerns arise.
