📋 Policy & Terms Please read carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you agree to the following terms: ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, you will be charged $25 for being late, after 20 minutes your appointment is cancelled and marked as a no-show. A rebooking fee will apply. ❌ Cancellation / No-Show Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 💳 Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service total. 🧼 Clean Lashes & Nails: Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or mascara) and/or bare nails (if necessary for your service). Extra time for removal or cleaning may reduce your service time. 💅 Fills: Lash fills are only accepted with 35% or more of lashes intact. Anything less may be considered a full set. After 4.5 weeks for your lashes/nails you will need to book for a removal and a new full-set. 👧 Extra Guests: No additional guests or children unless being serviced. This is to maintain a calm and professional space. 💵 Payment: Cash and Card ONLY. No refunds on completed services. ⚠️ Health & Safety: If you show signs of illness, please reschedule.
