As a home-based salon, we offer convenient hours from 11 am to 7pm on weekdays(After Hours as-well) and 8am to 4pm on weekends. Arrangements can be made from 7-9pm at extra cost (Weekdays). Your appointments are important to me as a small business owner.
* To ensure a smooth booking process and secure your appointment, I kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 50% for amounts exceeding R200 and 25% for amounts less than R200.
This deposit serves as confirmation of your booking and guarantees the reservation of your appointment, preventing any possible disappointments. Our primary goal is to keep our clients happy!
* If the deposit is not paid in advance of the appointment, I will assume you won't be attending your appointment.
* I request a 48-hour notice for any cancelations. I know sometimes it's hard, but I value your business and time, so l ask that you value my business & time as well
* If you are late for your appointment, it will be treated as a missed appointment. After any no show or missed appointment, I will respectfully no longer accept any of your business.
