Booking & Payments EFT Payments Only: Payments are accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. Cash payments are not allowed, but if you pay cash there will be a ATM Cash deposit fee. 50% Non-Refundable Deposits and Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid before your appointment. Any Refunds would be paid in 7-14 Working Days. If the full amount (deposit + remaining balance) has been paid and you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will lose the full payment (This excludes Monthly Combos). This policy is due to the inability to fill the time slot on short notice. Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp with the correct reference (Name & Surname). Monthly Combos Monthly combos must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rescheduling is not permitted for monthly combos once booked. & NO REFUNDS! Late Arrivals & Late Fee Being late impacts all scheduled clients. If you are running late, you must notify me as soon as possible. If you arrive 5 minutes late, a R50 late fee will be charged. If you arrive 10 minutes late, a R100 late fee will be charged. The late fee must be paid immediately before you can leave the studio, and proof of payment must be sent. If you arrive late, I can only assist you for the remaining time left in your original appointment slot to avoid interfering with the next client’s booking. Service Duration & Booking Adjustment Services typically take 45–120 minutes, depending on the design's complexity. Communicate your desired design in advance to allow proper time allocation. If you need to change your booking (e.g., removing a service like toes or switching to a simpler design), you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance so I can adjust my schedule and fill the available time slot. Client Responsibilities Clients must arrive with clean nails (no product applied). If a soak-off is required, it must be booked in advance. Restricted Space Policy Due to space constraints: No children or additional guests are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited during appointments. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed only for regular bookings, provided sufficient notice is given. Monthly combos are non-reschedulable once booked. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel within the required notice period. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will lose the full payment if already paid. General Policies Health and Safety: If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of other clients and staff. Bossy Nails reserves the right to refuse service if the client arrives visibly sick or with nail conditions requiring medical attention.
