-Payments-

Deposit of 50% of service is non refundable. 

If you give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment.

Any No shows/no contact prior to the appointment we require 100% of the groom to be paid before booking another appointment with us.

Please bring cash for the remaining balance or we can send you link to make full payment online.

-Late Policy-

If you are more than 10 minutes late to drop your doggy off at their scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule to another day/time. 

If you do not pick your doggy up within 20 mins of us advising you when your doggy is ready to be collected we will charge a late fee of £5 every 30 minutes. 

-Important-

If your dog is very nervous/anxious/not good with other dogs please message us directly to arrange an appointment.

Have been taking my nervous rescue dog dougal to boss & pablo for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Always a super consistent cut/groom to high standards and they know how to manage dougal who can be quite an anxious wee thing. Would highly recommend / do recommend to any other local dog owners.

 "THE BEST EVER " The girls have all the love & affection for your animal from walking in the door until they leave again,my dog has very severe anxiety & behaviour issues but he just loves going to them for his grooming & has done now for over 2 years with his tail wagging from when we leave until we return to get him.

Cannot recommend Boss and Pablos highly enough. Been coming here for years and the girls are just fantastic with my boy Bourbon! Amazing at what they do and loved by all the dogs. Bourbon was always so anxious of the groomers until we started coming here. Thank you girls as always!

Have been taking my dog Molly to Boss & Pablos now for almost 3 years. The girls are so friendly, professional and excellent groomers. They take time to ensure that all your requests are heard to ensure all grooming needs are met.
Molly always looks fabulous when she is returned to me. Highly recommend and although I need to travel a distance for the appointment would never dream of using any other grooming service. 

The team are extremely patient with our   small but very loud Denny! & he always comes away looking and smelling fab. Complete angels for allowing us to come back again and again 😂

The girls at Boss and Pablos have been grooming my pup most of his life, they always make him look so smart and tidy! I’ve been to other groomers who struggled with his hair type, but every time here they make him look good. 
More importantly they also take such good care of him. He can be a bit nervous at times but the way the staff interact with him, you can just tell how much they care. I can’t recommend them enough! 

I have been coming here for several years with my Pomeranian Yorkie  mix Gizmo  and find everyone friendly and professional.  All the staff are so gentle and loving with Gizmo giving him a wonderful welcome when he arrives.  I trust them with my precious furbaby. Totally recommend this grooming salon. He came out today with his Christmas bowtie. Looked so handsome.

My french bulldog gets scared and anxious of people he is not around a lot and the staff made him feel completely comfortable and calm giving him the best treatment n making him smell nice and clean:)

Been using Boss & Pablo since they first opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. Brodie goes in more relaxed and at ease than any previous groomers I've tried. His cut is always perfect and skin is never irritated which has also happened elsewhere. Staff are so lovely. Couldn't recommend enough x

As always staff are so friendly and great with Bobby he has been going to boss and pablos since he was a puppy  he can be strange sometimes but never had a problem with him getting groomed thanks to the fabulous staff✨️✨️✨️

I’ve been using this dog groomers for years and will continue to do so . All the girls are lovely and great at their job. 

Yet another great cut to my little Cockapoo, Paddy. Usually a high maintenance process to even wash!! Yet, the Boss & Pablo team manage to keep him calm and looking fabulous (always following my requests on his cut).  A little diamond of a business…highly recommended x

My little rescue had her first groom with Boss & Pablo today and they were so good with her. Understanding that she may never have seen a groomer, the girls did what they could, stopping when Cali seemed anxious so as not to stress her too much.  I used to take my previous dog to the girls and while he terrified of other groomers, he would get so excited to go to the shop, and would get lots of love and affection from the team. Will always recommend!

Tootles looks half the dog he was, they did just what I asked for. Great friendly service. Tootles has a lot more energy . The groom that he needed in the hot weather thank you everyone xxxxx see you next time x
