-Flea Policy-

All dogs must arrive at the salon free from fleas.

If fleas are discovered on your dog at any stage during their appointment, the groom will be stopped immediately and you will be contacted to collect your dog as soon as possible.

This policy is in place to protect the health and wellbeing of all dogs within the salon and to minimise the risk of fleas spreading to other dogs or throughout the premises.

Where a groom is stopped due to fleas being discovered, a charge will apply to cover the grooming time already undertaken and the additional cleaning and treatment of the salon and equipment required before further appointments can take place.

We strongly recommend that all dogs are kept up to date with an appropriate flea prevention treatment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Flea Policy and any associated charges.

Aggressive Behaviour and Signs of Stress Policy

We reserve the right to stop grooming at any time if your dog displays aggressive behaviour or shows signs of significant stress, fear, anxiety, or distress.

Signs may include, but are not limited to, growling, snapping, biting, repeated attempts to escape, excessive panting, shaking, struggling, or becoming increasingly distressed.

If we feel that continuing the groom may compromise your dog’s welfare or the safety of your dog, our staff, or other dogs in the salon, the groom will be stopped immediately and you will be contacted to collect your dog as soon as possible.

This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of every dog and person within the salon. We will always aim to handle your dog calmly, patiently, and with their welfare as our priority. However, we cannot continue with a groom if your dog is too distressed or presents a safety risk.

Where a groom is stopped due to aggressive behaviour or signs of significant stress, a charge may apply to cover the grooming time already undertaken.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Aggressive Behaviour and Signs of Stress Policy and any associated charges.

Couldn’t have asked for a better job . Nothing got missed - and Inky seems to love it , she goes away with the lassies no probs ( lol traitor!!)

I Rate this Grooming Parlour
"THE BEST EVER " The girls have all the love & affection for your animal from walking in the door until they leave again,my dog has very severe anxiety & behaviour issues but he just loves going to them for his grooming & has done now for over 2 years with his tail wagging from when we leave until we return to get him.

can't recommend this groomer enough! We've been loyal customers for over a year, ever since we got our puppy. The staff are wonderful, the service is top-notch, and the shop itself is great. What matters most to me is that my fur baby is always happy and so well-cared for during his visits. Their consistent, gentle care truly speaks volumes."

What can I say the girls are wonderful and always makes my girl Mollie look beautiful. Thank you for being very caring. And have a wonderful Christmas 🎄☃️🎄

The girls at Boss and Pablos have been grooming my pup most of his life, they always make him look so smart and tidy! I’ve been to other groomers who struggled with his hair type, but every time here they make him look good.
More importantly they also take such good care of him. He can be a bit nervous at times but the way the staff interact with him, you can just tell how much they care. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been coming here for several years with my Pomeranian Yorkie mix Gizmo and find everyone friendly and professional.
