-Payments-

Deposit of 50% of service is non refundable. 

If you give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment.

Any No shows/no contact prior to the appointment we require 100% of the groom to be paid before booking another appointment with us.

Please bring cash for the remaining balance or we can send you link to make full payment online.

-Late Policy-

If you are more than 10 minutes late to drop your doggy off at their scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule to another day/time. 

If you do not pick your doggy up within 20 mins of us advising you when your doggy is ready to be collected we will charge a late fee of £5 every 30 minutes. 

-Important-

If your dog is very nervous/anxious/not good with other dogs please message us directly to arrange an appointment.

Couldn’t recommend these girls enough they are absolute angels with my crazy boy Archie! We’ve been coming to the girls for a few years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boy. Archie used to be terrified at his previous groomers but the girls have worked with him over the years and taken their time to make him so much more comfortable, he loves the girls & his cuddles. 

Ralph loves his visits to Boss & Pablos and loves all the girls! He looks and smells amazing every time and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

I love coming for my groom. All the girls are lovely. I leave the salon looking fab and smell amazing! I can’t wait to come back 💕

I have been attending with Brodie now for 18mths.Jay and her girls are fabulous,  the treat their dogs so well.  Brodie is 12 and getting a little grumpy but he pulls me from the car and looks through the window waiting for the girls. I would thoroughly recommend  trying this salon.🩷

First ever pup cut. Looks great, smells even better. Was made to feel very comfortable leaving Otis as he was a little nervous. Got a great report despite the nervousness. Will definitely be back for all grooms. 

I was so delighted following Lotties first full groom, you did a fantastic job , she looked adorable. She was a happy, relaxed little puppy following your excellent care. Boooked a puppy cut for Theo but decided I’d really like him to have a full groom, the girls were so accommodating and we had a nice discussion regarding preferences, no rush. I was very happy with the cut and finish, excellent groom overall.

My girls have been coming to boss and pablos since they were puppies and they always come out looking amazing !! They smell amazing and feel like velvet. The girls in here are so lovely as well and always so polite and welcoming

Visited this afternoon. As always, the staff are friendly, quick, professional and possibly more importantly, I left with my Australian Labradoodle looking exactly as I had requested. 

Archie had a groom today.His coat was getting quite long and although we brush him regularly there were a few matts. He looks absolutely stunning with his new haircut and it’ll be much easier to hose him down when he gets muddy.All the staff here are lovely and he enjoys coming along.

This was Bracken’s first visit for grooming and he looks (and smells!) gorgeous afterwards. Looking forward to his next visit, he came out really happy. 

Jessie loves coming to see the girls at Boss and Pablos and she’s always groomed lovely and smells amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely love Boss and Pablo. They have a lovely, kind, way with the dogs. Alfie hates being groomed but they persevere and he always leaves looking great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I took my 6 month old puppy in for her first puppy groom today. The staff were delightful, friendly and very welcoming. I left my dog feeling very happy and confident that my little Lottie would be well looked after. The final result was that I’m picked up a happy , relaxed beautifuly groomed little dog.  We will be back without a doubt. Many thanks to all the staff. 

I have been visiting Boss and Pablo for just over a year now, everyone is so friendly and very skilled in their job. I know Ralphie is in safe hands. The girls groom many dogs but they still remember the little things that are personal to each dog. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 

Our little Midas (toy poodle) was quite badly matted as he's been enjoy the fine weather and playing in the park for hours with his ball. The team at Boss & Pablos came to the rescue to restore him to his handsome best. Great professional service, very friendly. Midas is super happy with his cut. The best groomers you can take your dog!!!  You can tell they really love all the dogs they groom so you never need to worry. My dog loves it so much he never wants to leave haha! He always looks and smells fab when he’s been. Would 100% recommend always 5 stars whenever I go! Thanks guys 🫶 xoxo

Had our Staffordshire bull terrier Zeus bathed and groomed today was so happy with the result as he had never been groomed before staff were very welcoming and friendly and took great care of Zeus he looked great with his bandana 😊😊

Diego has been with jay from the day she first opened boss.  & Pablo .. wouldn't change her for world , with him being a rescue dog he loves jay and always highly recommend anyone to go to her and the girls they are just fantastic team ❤️xx

Arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and was greeted by friendly staff member who welcomed Molly with open arms.  
Molly was clearly well looked after and looked gorgeous when I picked her up.

My dog was a nightmare to groom- she gets nervous, won’t stay still, causes a racket - we tried a few different groomers before finding Boss and Pablos and now I can honestly say that my dog wasn’t the problem it was other groomers just not having patience or taking the same amount of care that probably made her so nervous in the first place! All the girls here have been fab and I highly recommend, Penny has been better with every visit and the staff always make me feel at ease

I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else—Jay and the team are absolutely incredible! One of my dogs is a total nightmare to groom, but she still drags me into the salon every time, tail wagging and beyond excited to see everyone. It’s such a huge relief to know she’s so happy and comfortable there. The fact that she can’t wait to go in really puts my mind at ease. I can’t recommend them enough—they are truly the best in the business!

I booked my GSD Storm again after having really good experience the first time and again the staff were really amazing and good with my big energetic german shepherd. When i picked her up she was happy settled and iam sure she enjoyed her experience again. Definitely will take her there again

Been going to Boss and Pablos for nearly two years and would not go anywhere else now, the girls know how to handle my dog who has anxiety and are very patient with him, best prices and my dogs haircut is perfection all the time, always get comments on it and always recommend dog owners to go to them, the girls are so friendly, always have a smile on their face and exceptional at their job.

I’d struggled for a long time to find a suitable groomer my dogs like, one is very nervous but Boss and Pablo staff are great with both of them, different breeds. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, the girls are a pleasure to deal with, the dogs always come home looking fantastic and they’re happy.
