If your dog is very nervous/anxious/not good with other dogs please message us prior to booking an appointment incase we need to arrange a specific day/time. -Pricing & Deposits- All prices displayed at the time of booking are starting prices and are based on a standard groom being completed within the expected appointment time. The final price of your dog’s groom may vary depending on coat condition, matting, behaviour, size, grooming requirements and any additional time or work required to safely and comfortably complete the groom. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of the groom. Where additional charges are required due to coat condition, behaviour or additional grooming time, these will be added to the remaining balance payable following the appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that the price displayed online may not represent the final cost of your dog’s groom. If you give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment. Any No shows/no contact prior to the appointment we require 100% of the groom to be paid before booking another appointment with us. Please bring cash for the remaining balance or we can send you link to make full payment online. -Late Policy- If you are more than 10 minutes late to drop your doggy off at their scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule to another day/time. If you do not pick your doggy up within 20 mins of us advising you when your doggy is ready to be collected we will charge a late fee of £5 every 30 minutes. -Flea Policy- All dogs must arrive at the salon free from fleas. If fleas are discovered on your dog at any stage during their appointment, the groom will be stopped immediately and you will be contacted to collect your dog as soon as possible. This policy is in place to protect the health and wellbeing of all dogs within the salon and to minimise the risk of fleas spreading to other dogs or throughout the premises. Where a groom is stopped due to fleas being discovered, a charge will apply to cover the grooming time already undertaken and the additional cleaning and treatment of the salon and equipment required before further appointments can take place. We strongly recommend that all dogs are kept up to date with an appropriate flea prevention treatment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Flea Policy and any associated charges. Aggressive Behaviour and Signs of Stress Policy We reserve the right to stop grooming at any time if your dog displays aggressive behaviour or shows signs of significant stress, fear, anxiety, or distress. Signs may include, but are not limited to, growling, snapping, biting, repeated attempts to escape, excessive panting, shaking, struggling, or becoming increasingly distressed. If we feel that continuing the groom may compromise your dog’s welfare or the safety of your dog, our staff, or other dogs in the salon, the groom will be stopped immediately and you will be contacted to collect your dog as soon as possible. This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of every dog and person within the salon. We will always aim to handle your dog calmly, patiently, and with their welfare as our priority. However, we cannot continue with a groom if your dog is too distressed or presents a safety risk. Where a groom is stopped due to aggressive behaviour or signs of significant stress, a charge may apply to cover the grooming time already undertaken. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Aggressive Behaviour and Signs of Stress Policy and any associated charges.
