Grace Period Policy
Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and may require rescheduling. This policy ensures that all clients are serviced on time and helps maintain the quality of each appointment.
