Policy and Terms

Grace Period Policy Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and may require rescheduling. This policy ensures that all clients are serviced on time and helps maintain the quality of each appointment.

Your visit includes a full cleanse, a clean and precise retwist, and a basic style to leave your locs looking fresh, neat, and healthy. Basic styles include: • Two-strand twists • Barrels • Simple rope twists • Basic pin-up styles This appointment allows me to get familiar with your locs while giving you the full experience at a special rate. Excessive new growth, buildup, or unraveling may require a retwist service instead.
