Policy and Terms

At Body Shape we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we've implemented a cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all our clients. Sessions need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please note that sessions can only be rescheduled once. If you need to cancel or reschedule again, you will be charged for the original session. If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged in full for the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to maintain our high standards of service and ensure that all our clients have a great experience.
