Welcome! My name is Nicole, and I’m a licensed, home-based nail technician located in Harrison, New Jersey. Specializing in Russian techniques, I’m dedicated to promoting the health, growth, and care of your natural nails. My priority is to provide services that not only enhance the beauty of your nails but also nurture their strength and stimulate healthy, natural growth. Let’s work together to keep your nails healthy, strong, and beautiful!

Please take a moment to review these before booking. They help keep everything organized and ensure the best experience for you.

1) Deposit
	•	A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
	•	Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.
	•	If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment time may be released to another client.

2) Final Payment
	•	Final payments may be made through Zelle, card, or cash.
	•	If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount, as I do not carry change.

3) Rescheduling & Cancellations
	•	Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
	•	Each appointment may be rescheduled once; after that, a new deposit will be required.
	•	No-call / no-shows: the deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the missed appointment cost will be required to rebook.
	•	If an appointment is canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on hold for 60 days so you can rebook at a convenient time.

4) Lateness
	•	Please plan ahead and arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service.
	•	A 10-minute grace period is provided.
	•	After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee may apply.
	•	At 15 minutes or more, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.
	•	Arriving late may also limit the time available for designs.

5) Arrival
	•	Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early so I can finish sanitizing and preparing your space.
	•	If you arrive earlier, you may be asked to wait briefly until your appointment begins.

6) Service Limitations
	•	Nail extensions are available up to size 3 only, to support natural nail health.
	•	All services include a Russian manicure, which is detailed and precise.
	•	Appointments may take 2+ hours depending on the service or design.
	•	Time estimates listed online are approximate and may vary for more complex sets or combined services.

7) Working Over Other Nail Tech’s Work
	•	For the best results, I work only on my own sets.
	•	Please book a soak-off + new set if you have product from another tech.
	•	Acrylic removal is not offered.

8) Health & Hygiene
	•	Services cannot be provided if there are signs of infection, fungus, severe damage, or other nail health concerns.
	•	If any of these conditions are present, the appointment will be respectfully declined and the deposit forfeited.
	•	Please prioritize your nail health and consult a doctor if needed before booking.

9) Confirmation
	•	Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
	•	Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
	•	A text reminder with the address will be sent the day before.

10) Guests
	•	Extra guests, including children, require prior approval.
	•	If not communicated in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.

11) Waitlist
	•	If my schedule is fully booked, you’re welcome to join the waitlist by sending your preferred dates and times.
	•	Openings are offered in the order requests are received.
	•	While a waitlist spot does not guarantee an appointment, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.

12) Nail Repairs
	•	Within 72 hours of your service: complimentary repair of the affected nail(s).
	•	After 72 hours: a small repair fee will apply per nail.
	•	After 2 weeks: repairs are no longer offered, as this indicates regular maintenance or a new set is needed.

Nikki always, and I mean ALWAYS delivers. I have come to her with barely any natural nails to work with, and she has made my nails look amazing, flawless and beautiful. Her techniques are ones I have not found in any other nail tech out there. She's very kind, patient and talented. I come from North Jersey to her and while I have a tech that I have tried 5 min from my house while she was away, Nikki does a better job each time. I intend to stay loyal to her, always!
